5 dives (afternoons and Friday morning) and basic equipment theory.

Privileges: Diving up to 20m, always accompanied by an instructor.

10 dives. Includes first aid, navigation, biology, and technical training.

Privileges: Diving up to 30m with a buddy of the same certification.

Requirement: First aid certificate (10h course).
